Do you include a gift message?

Yes. Every Varla Boutique gift box includes a complimentary handwritten gift card.

Simply enter your gift message in the Gift Message box during checkout and we'll carefully handwrite it for you.

Will pricing be included in the gift box?

No. We never include invoices, receipts or pricing information in gift boxes sent directly to the recipient.

Can I send my gift directly to the recipient?

Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. We'll package your gift beautifully so it's ready to enjoy the moment it arrives.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.

How much is shipping?

What if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do our best to update the shipping details.

Do you accept returns?

If your gift arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.

Please note that change-of-mind returns may not be accepted for gift boxes that have already been prepared or shipped.
