Shipping policy

At Varla Boutique, we proudly ship our beautifully curated gift boxes Australia-wide via Australia Post. Whether you're sending a thoughtful gift directly to loved ones or having it delivered to your own door, we're committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day, with most orders packed and sent the same or next business day.

All orders are dispatched from the NSW South Coast.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple, Australia-wide shipping on all gift box orders:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all gift box orders.
  • Express Shipping – Flat rate of $10 Australia-wide.

Estimated Delivery Times

Australia Post currently advises the following delivery estimates:

Standard Shipping

  • NSW: 2–4 business days
  • All other Australian states and territories: 3–6 business days

Express Shipping

  • NSW: 1–2 business days
  • All other Australian states and territories: 1–3 business days

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post. While we carefully prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post.

Local Delivery

Local delivery orders will be delivered same or next day. These orders will be left at the front door and may be delivered outside of traditional "business hours". If you have any special requirements please contact us ASAP at hello@varlaboutique.com.au.

Sending a Gift?

Every Varla Boutique gift box is beautifully presented in our signature keepsake gift box, making it ready to gift from the moment it arrives.

If you're sending your gift directly to the recipient, you can include a complimentary personalised gift message at checkout. We also ensure that no pricing information is included with the order, so your gift arrives beautifully presented and ready to enjoy.

If no one is available to receive the parcel, Australia Post will deliver it in accordance with the recipient's delivery preferences or leave a collection card where required.
